Culture Perth and Kinross wishes to appoint a creative, and highly motivated, events/development professional to deliver key projects including Perthshire Creates, a network to support and further amplify local creative industries and PLATFORM, the festival of creativity in Perthshire which will run from 24 – 31 March 2018.
Capable of delivering on challenging targets and contributing to the achievement of the organisation’s key priorities you will have an excellent track record in delivering and co-ordinating events, managing several work streams effectively and within agreed deadlines, engaging with creative practitioners working in a variety of settings, using social media to promote audience and creative engagement and will have a keen interest in the Creative Industries sector. If you are a talented, hardworking individual with an impressive track-record, broad experience, creative flair and the drive to play your part in a successful team, then we hope to hear from you.
This 36hrs per week post will require some evening and weekend working to meet the needs of the service however the hours can be delivered flexibly across a working week.
This post is until June 2018 with the possibility of extension and the salary is £26,162.18 p.a.
Culture Perth and Kinross is a vibrant new charitable trust delivering Library, Museum, Archive and Gallery services across 17 venues. With an ambitious development programme to include one fully refurbished and 2 new venues over coming years we are well placed to offer the right candidate experiences which will stretch, inspire and further develop their skills.
