Song Writing Workshop

Deadline: 27 May 2017 at 17:00

A workshop for people who would like to write songs but don’t quite know how to start! This four week course will help people over that stumbling block and will cover writing lyrics, working with rhythm, developing a tune and adding harmony. We will work together on creating songs that come out of your own experiences, experiment with several musical genres and use an 8 track recorder to help our song development. You don't need to be able to read music in order to take part, and you are very welcome to bring along a musical instrument.

Visit for more details and to book tickets. If you are in receipt of benefit(s) or a pension, you can receive a 20% discount off the ticket price.
