Under the management of the Partnerships and Creative Development Manager the post holder will provide creative administrative support and guidance when required to the Partnerships & Creative Development and Marketing Teams.
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective ‘first point of customer contact’ service for the Partnerships & Creative Development team. As post holder you will implement creative uses of ICT and digital media to support the aims of the team including the design of presentations, leaflets and booklets. Administrative support is a core element of this post and when required the post holder will assist in research work for the Partnerships & Creative Development Team.
A strong team player, you will be passionate about creativity and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have gained recent and relevant experience in a multi-tasking creative office environment. Your experience will include experience of providing support to a project team and teams requiring assistance with research, evaluation and analysis. You will have excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of digital media and ICT that will be relevant to the creative environment you will be working in.
